With their streamlined designs and foam dart ammunition, the Nerf toy guns are made with both safety and fun in mind. The N-Strike Nite Finder Ex-3 is part of the transparent Nerf gun series. Other transparent Nerf guns include the Maverick, Recon, and Raider.
The Nite Finder Ex-3 is actually a reissue of the original N-Strike Finder. It is one of Nerf’s most in demand and long running guns. The gun’s sturdy design and high quality material makes it suitable for harsh environments that inevitably come during play. To date, Finder Ex-3 remains as one of the easiest Nerf guns to operate in the market because of its rather uncomplicated mechanics.
This model’s most noteworthy features are its scope and laser beam. The scope allows a more precise target during shooting. The laser beam, an intense ray of bright red light, is use for accurate blasting in the dark. It can also be calibrated to the distance that you prefer. Maximum distance range reaches up to 15 feet from the shooter.
The dart used as ammunition in the Nerf N-Strike Finder Ex-3 is made of hard-hitting foam. The streamlined darts work best with this type of Nerf gun. The darts do not automatically replenish but requires manual reloading.
The launching system is made of a spring plunger which is first primed by pulling on the tab at the back of the plunger. Once the plunger is secured and locked, you can now load in your foam darts in the barrel. Launching of darts is powered by strong air. It is quite a powerful gun as it can launch darts up to an amazing 35 feet away! The gun comes also with 3 micro darts and requires 2 AA batteries. Both batteries are not included though with the gun package.
If this is the first time that you will buy a Nerf gun and you are strap for cash, Nite Finder Ex-3 is a good choice to get for it is comparably cheaper than other dart blasters having similar features.
